Request Management Survey

Art of Procurement partnered with the team at RFP360 to run the world’s first survey on request management. This report contains the contextualized findings of our research.
The goals of the research were to:
- Better understand how procurement teams gather data to inform organizational decision making, and
- Recognize the request-related workload, challenges, priorities and strategies experienced by procurement and sourcing professionals
